Our Refer a Nurse program is a simple way to support your network, grow the Express Healthcare Staffing community, and earn a bonus along the way.
Step 1: Refer an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to Express Healthcare Staffing. There’s no limit to how many nurses you can refer.
Step 2: Once your referred nurse completes their induction and begins shifts with us, they’re officially on their way.
Step 3: You’ll receive $250 when your referred nurse completes 10 shifts within 2 months. Your referred nurse will receive $250 when they complete 20 shifts within 2 months. (Shifts must be completed. Cancelled or unfulfilled shifts don’t count.)
Step 4: All bonuses are processed through payroll and paid within 1 month of eligibility being met.
