The Behaviour Support Practitioner will manage a varied caseload, providing assessment, planning, intervention, and monitoring for individuals with complex behavioural needs. Responsibilities include developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, working closely with clients and their support networks, and driving sustainable improvements in wellbeing, safety, and community participation. The role involves conducting functional behaviour assessments, data analysis, tailored strategy development, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. All activities align with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards.
