Sharen is a skilled leader in Procurement and Supply Chain, bringing over 15 years of experience in the health sector. She has led large teams that have developed and delivered sustainable operating models that drive impactful change. Her niche expertise is building high-performing, inclusive teams that connect strategy with practical systems and processes.

Her journey began in the private sector, where she made her mark in the FMCG industry. After dedicating eight wonderful years raising her four daughters, Sharen joined NSW Health in 2015, stepping into her first role in a not-for-profit organisation. It was here that she found her true calling—serving the healthcare community by designing and implementing sustainable service models that deliver value-based care for its patients.
